UK cost is salary plus 2025/26 tax year employer National Insurance and the auto-enrolment pension minimum. Our figure includes their salary, Indian statutory employment costs and our £199 fee — the entry-level rate, so the saving shown is the smallest you would see. It drops to £149 per person from 5 hires, and above 20 we quote per engagement. Salary figures are indicative, not a quote.

How it works

Hiring a customer service advisor in India, step by step

  1. Tell us the role.

A 15-minute call: what the customer service advisor would own, which hours you need covered, and what experience actually matters.

  2. We source and screen.

We advertise and headhunt in the Indian market, test the skills that matter and screen spoken English on video. You see three to five candidates worth interviewing.

  3. You interview and choose.

You meet the shortlist yourself and decide. Set a paid trial task if you want one — we encourage it.

  4. We employ them. You manage them.

Our India partner issues the contract and runs payroll. From day one they report to you, and you get one invoice a month in pounds.

Do we need a company in India?

No. Our India-based employment partner is already established there and employs your hire on your behalf. You never register anything in India or hold a rupee account.

How Employer of Record works

What hours will they work?

You set the overlap before we recruit, and we hire against it. India is 4.5 hours ahead of the UK in summer and 5.5 in winter, so a normal Indian working day already covers most of yours.

What if the hire does not work out?

Every placement carries a 6-week probation period. If it is not right within that window we restart the search at no additional fee.
